This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Establish the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon, focusing on the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and the integration of Wrike and Klaxoon.
• Enhance the Klaxoon product experience to boost adoption within Wrike's customer base and pinpoint high-value vertical use cases.
• Develop processes, tools, and mindsets that empower the R&D organization to operate with an AI-first approach.
• Determine where agentic workflows can transform team operations and increase output scalability.
• Coach, mentor, and nurture Product Managers as they transition from feature ownership to strategic product leadership.
• Foster a unified product culture across both Wrike and Klaxoon.
• Balance factors such as adoption, AI initiatives, vertical strategies, customer retention, product integration, innovation, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Enhance collaboration between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience in leading product managers or overseeing a complex product area involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategies, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
• Strong familiarity with B2B SaaS and the needs of enterprise customers.
• Capability to make tough trade-offs concerning investments, customer expectations, product integration, innovation, and long-term strategic goals.
• Proficiency in aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership stakeholders.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of Product Managers.
• Practical knowledge of AI-native product strategy and the ability to identify unique AI use cases in visual collaboration.
• Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.
• Background in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products.
• Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development methodologies.
• Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
