Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon focusing on the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and the integration of Wrike and Klaxoon.

• Enhance the Klaxoon product experience to boost adoption among Wrike customers and pinpoint high-value vertical use cases.

• Develop processes, tools, and mindsets for AI-driven R&D and identify agentic workflows.

• Guide, mentor, recruit, develop, and oversee the performance of Product Managers.

• Fortify the connection between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.

• Balance the elements of adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, innovation, customer expectations, and long-term strategic direction.

• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading Product Managers or overseeing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.

• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and the needs of enterprise customers.

• Capability to make strategic trade-offs among investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term goals.

• Proficiency in aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive stakeholders.

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, recruiting, developing, and managing the performance of Product Managers.

• Practical knowledge of AI-native product strategy and unique AI use cases in visual collaboration.

• Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.

• Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products is an exceptional asset.

• Proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
