This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the operational elements of designated retail properties, encompassing maintenance, security, cleaning, and tenant services.
• Create and oversee annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.
• Foster and sustain tenant relationships, addressing issues and ensuring lease compliance.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the on-site team.
• Organize capital improvement projects, renovations, and significant repairs from the planning stage through to execution.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Generate reports and presentations for ownership regarding property performance, market trends, and suggestions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, and negotiate service agreements.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, lease agreements, JLL policies, and risk management requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in commercial property management, with a minimum of 5 years in retail property management.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-tenant retail properties operationally and financially.
• Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, financial statement analysis, and cost-control strategies.
• Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for property visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Preferred certifications include Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), or Real Property Administrator (RPA).
• Experience with regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers, or mixed-use properties is preferred.
• Expertise in lease administration, tenant improvement coordination, and lease renewal negotiations is preferred.
• Capital project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and environmental initiatives is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
