Group Manager, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, as well as accounting and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with SLA standards for invoicing, making certain all parameters are fulfilled and that corrective and preventive measures are implemented.

• Guarantee precise revenue recognition, which includes verifying client rates and maintaining sufficient volume backups.

• Accrue revenues in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP standards and internal processes.

• Discover opportunities for performance enhancements and automation within revenue management and invoicing.

• Address audit inquiries from clients and the accounting department.

• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant Master’s Degree (CA / CMA / MBA).

• Fundamental analytical skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (PeopleSoft/SAP).

• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functionalities.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and operate under stringent deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn and enhance skills and knowledge.

• A positive 'can-do' mindset.

• Strong team collaboration skills.
