Group Copy Supervisor, HCP & DTC Pharma Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of concept and copy development for various projects within the portfolio

• Actively participate in the creative team and generate innovative ideas

• Manage multiple projects of differing types, complexity, and scope by multitasking and delegating effectively

• Serve as a liaison between the creative and senior account team members

• Ensure all work aligns with strategic, business, and creative expectations

• Deliver high-level presentations and effectively promote work externally

• Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to enhance the careers of the entire copy team

• Exhibit a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, inclusive practices, and proactive bias management

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background along with professional experience is necessary

• Minimum of 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline is required

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical HCP writing is essential

• Experience in oncology is a valuable addition

• Proven examples of creating branded or unbranded HCP collateral that effectively conveys key marketing messages and scientific content through storytelling

• Proficiency in gathering relevant information from clinical sources and producing medically accurate copy

• Experience handling complex projects that involve both internal and external account and creative teams

• Confidence in client-facing situations that encourages dialogue, promotes creative ideas, and builds robust agency-client relationships
