Group Clinical Trials Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical trials conducted in veterinary clinics.

• Serve as the main contact for sponsors throughout the entire trial process.

• Foster and maintain relationships with sponsors and contract research organization (CRO) partners.

• Create project plans, timelines, and strategies for risk management.

• Recruit and onboard veterinary clinics to participate in clinical studies.

• Provide support and conduct GCP and protocol-specific training sessions.

• Lead study enrollment and engagement initiatives to maximize participant involvement.

• Offer expert advice on protocol execution and study delivery.

• Track study progress and resolve operational challenges as they arise.

• Manage and support a team of regional Clinical Trial Coordinators.

• Ensure that trial activities adhere to GCP and all applicable regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Veterinary, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in clinical trials.

• Demonstrated experience in project management and execution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong proficiency in digital tools and technologies.

• Valid driving license and readiness to travel frequently.

• Experience in the veterinary or animal health industry is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in pivotal Phase III clinical trials is advantageous.

• Background working within a sponsor organization or CRO is a plus.

• Clinical qualification is desirable.

• Postgraduate qualifications (MSc, PhD, or Project Management certification) are preferred.

• Previous experience in line management is a plus.
