Group Business Controller Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Create and disseminate the daily sales report, monitoring performance against targets and previous periods across various Business Units.

• Assist with monthly and periodic management reporting, ensuring the precision and uniformity of financial data.

• Conduct analyses to monitor business performance across different units, product lines, brands, and regions.

• Aid in the implementation of AI solutions aimed at improving reporting and controlling processes.

• Help prepare business presentations for the Board of Directors.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Group Business Controlling.

• Collaborate with colleagues from various functions and Business Units to provide timely reporting and actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in the Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with AI tools.

• Fluent in both Italian and English.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Team-oriented, with a positive work attitude and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.

• Completion of a 6-month internship, whether curricular or extra-curricular.
