Grocery Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Travel to retail locations within a designated area to assist customers by arranging and showcasing DeLallo products.

• Foster relationships with customers while introducing them to new items and current promotions.

• Conduct shipper surveys, create off-shelf displays, and manage product cutting, sampling, promotions, advertisements, and cross-merchandising efforts.

• Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.

• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in deli, grocery, and/or bakery settings.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, along with some Saturdays.

• Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks (e.g., bending, pushing, pulling, lifting).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Possession of a valid driver's license without restrictions and proof of current vehicle insurance.

• Availability to maintain a schedule that aligns with the customer's business operations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with individuals at all levels within the company and assigned accounts.

• Capacity to quickly adjust to evolving business needs and priorities.

• Openness to learn and contribute in various areas of the business as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
