GRC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee assessments of third-party risks, which encompasses initial due diligence as well as continuous vendor monitoring.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to develop and uphold security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Assist in risk analysis to identify, evaluate, and monitor organizational risks.

• Facilitate the annual SOC2 audit by collecting evidence, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking findings.

• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of the GRC program in alignment with business goals.

• Foster security and risk awareness through effective communication and teamwork.

• Utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to automate routine tasks, detect patterns, and enhance GRC efficiency.

• Perform internal audits of systems and processes.

• Tackle ambiguous or unfamiliar challenges and cultivate skills to resolve them.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• 1-2+ years of experience in a GRC, risk, or compliance position.

• Familiarity with third-party/vendor risk management processes, including conducting due diligence and assessments.

• Experience in creating or maintaining policies, standards, and procedures.

• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to assist in identifying and evaluating risks.

• Experience in supporting compliance audits, such as SOC2, by gathering evidence and collaborating with teams.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written English language proficiency.

• Proven versatility across various tasks, tools, and priorities.

• A history of asking insightful questions when faced with uncertainties.

• An intellectual curiosity regarding risk, compliance, and security.

• Familiarity with AI and its applications within business environments.

• A solid understanding of AWS or other cloud infrastructures.
