Graphics & Content Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Compile morning or evening summaries of the client's emails, calendar events, and outstanding tasks.

• Design game announcements, score updates, and TV/commercial graphics utilizing pre-existing client templates.

• Edit long-form podcast materials by eliminating dead air and extracting short clips for distribution.

• Prepare content for publication.

• Disseminate graphics and text across the client's platforms.

• Adjust work to accommodate frequent alterations in the client's schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with design tools and templates; capable of working autonomously.

• Fundamental knowledge of splicing long-form audio/video, eliminating dead time, and extracting short clips.

• Strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities for crafting daily summaries, publishing text, and comprehending instructions.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Minimal preparation required from the client.

• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in the client's schedule.

• USB headset with noise-canceling capabilities.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Basic graphic design tools/templates.

• Basic video editing software.
