This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with fellow designers and cross-functional teams.

• Create intricate multimedia products such as 3D assets, motion graphics, character designs, 3D environmental designs, photo manipulation, GenAI graphics, and custom icons.

• Establish interaction patterns and visual standards for customer products.

• Ensure content accuracy, consistent navigation, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and proper application of customer branding.

• Leverage AI to enhance motion graphics and video production.

• Develop engaging and innovative content.

• Provide production-ready designs and documentation.

• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts throughout the implementation phase.

• Mentor peers and train GS personnel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant graphic design experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working within a DoD Center of Excellence.

• Strong preference for experience at MEDCoE.

• Proven leadership skills within a Center of Excellence environment.

• Strong design thinking abilities and experience engaging with user groups, including conducting early user testing.

• Capacity to transition from ideation to execution with minimal guidance at a senior level.

• Knowledge and application of desirability, feasibility, and viability while balancing innovation with system constraints.

• Demonstrated experience with high-priority projects necessitating complex multimedia development and creative workflows utilizing AI across multiple modalities (preferred).

• Advanced skills in visual design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or an equivalent (preferred).
