Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold brand guidelines that encompass logo usage, color schemes, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity.

• Document and standardize brand components across company materials and communication channels.

• Design reusable templates and creative assets, such as presentation decks, art cards, and social media graphics.

• Create intuitive templates suitable for non-designers.

• Organize and maintain design libraries, source files, deliverables, and creative assets with effective naming conventions and version control.

• Produce internal presentations, one-pagers, training materials, and onboarding visuals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform briefs and feedback into polished, on-brand designs.

• Manage various design requests and priorities while adhering to agreed timelines.

• Utilize AI-driven design tools to enhance creative workflows and production efficiency.

• Review and enhance AI-generated visuals to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical graphic design experience.

• A portfolio demonstrating brand identity and template design projects.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.

• Experience in creating presentation templates using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.

• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Capability to develop and uphold consistent, reusable, and well-documented design systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Skill in managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality, consistent designs.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or similar project management tools.
