Grad Intern – Biostatistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 10–13-week biostatistics internship that offers substantial project involvement.

• Collaborate closely with a senior statistician on the design and analysis of clinical trials and/or nonclinical research.

• Utilize research and development techniques across various therapeutic areas such as oncology, nephrology, bone metabolism, cardiovascular health, and inflammation.

• Deliver a presentation summarizing your completed work at the end of the internship.

• Take part in executive networking events, social gatherings, and community volunteer initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for a full-time work schedule is essential.

• Continued enrollment in an accredited college or university is expected after the internship program/co-op.

• Candidates must be residing in the United States throughout the internship duration.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.

• Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program at an accredited college or university, having completed the first year prior to the start of the internship.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for the entirety of the program.

• Pursuing a PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Mathematics.

• Currently completing the third year of the ongoing program.

• Proficient in SAS or R on either UNIX or NT platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve results in an interactive matrixed environment.

• Strong skills in written and oral communication, relationship-building, and leadership.
