• Develop clear, well-organized, specific, and unambiguous evaluation rubrics.

• Generate clean and dependable benchmark evaluation and training data for governmental and regulatory AI functions.

• Conduct quality assurance and fact-checking in accordance with legislative standards, bureaucratic protocols, and public policy frameworks.

• Work independently to design intricate evaluation frameworks and structured training data.

• Proven professional experience in public administration, legislative affairs, civic planning, or regulatory compliance fields.

• Comprehensive understanding of government standards, bureaucratic language, and public sector deliverables.

• Excellent writing and prompt generation capabilities.

• Competence in designing realistic and complex civic task scenarios for AI evaluation.

• Expertise in rubric creation.

• Ability to establish objective and unambiguous scoring criteria.

• Careful and detail-oriented approach to fact-checking policy documents, legislative frameworks, and civic guidelines.

• Engagement as a freelance or independent contractor.
