Government Bidding Success Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish amiable and professional relationships with clients.

• Set expectations with customers in the designated portfolio, identify opportunities, and showcase results through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Recognize and develop business and expansion opportunities.

• Take ownership of the customer service strategy and engagement, aiming for a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and acting on its outcomes.

• Provide exceptional service and enhance knowledge during customer interactions to create value.

• Formulate strategic initiatives to engage the assigned customer portfolio.

• Cultivate strong relationships with each client and maintain healthy contracts, fostering opportunities for expansion.

• Monitor, address, and mitigate churn.

• Foster customer loyalty through amicable and effective relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related disciplines.

• Strong logical reasoning and the ability to analyze data and information.

• Excellent organizational skills to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Experience in customer service within a Customer Success role.

• Professional demeanor that establishes credibility with various customer profiles.

• Resilience in managing high-pressure situations, customer resistance, and multiple demands.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and assertively.

• Experience and solid understanding of government bidding and procurement processes.
