Governance Analyst, HDI-CSR Certification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Governance Analyst for a global technology and business solutions firm.

• Leverage advanced IT management and governance expertise grounded in the ITIL framework.

• Assist in the management of service desk systems, encompassing their methodologies, processes, and tools.

• Implement project management techniques in line with PMI standards.

• Utilize knowledge of Windows, along with hardware, software, and operating system upkeep.

• Employ ITIL best practices for event management, service request management, and incident management.

• Lead or oversee IT user support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field related to Information Technology.

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR) certification.

• In-depth knowledge of IT management and governance principles based on the ITIL framework.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Proven experience in configuring and installing hardware and software.

• Background in maintaining operating systems.

• Understanding of the methods, processes, and tools used for managing service desk systems.

• Knowledge of project management principles following PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies.

• Proficiency in technical English.

• Previous experience in leading or supervising IT user support teams.

• Experience in applying ITIL best practices, particularly in event management, service request management, and incident management.
