📋 Description

• Take charge of all phases of projects and collaborate directly with clients to achieve project goals.

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to assist technical project managers within a project/program management office.

• Utilize both technical and functional expertise for the assessment and implementation of packaged software solutions.

• Design and implement methodologies and solutions tailored to the government contracting sector.

• Aid in identifying new business prospects, including the development of innovative methodologies and tools, engaging in proposal opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting other internal initiatives.

• Provide outstanding client service in every interaction and project.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, including those at the executive level.

• Oversee daily project operations; effectively leverage project teams and assign/manage responsibilities among team members.

• Offer coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to consultants, clients, and project team members.

• Contribute to the overall management of the Consulting Practice and create a personal development plan for professional and practice growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field.

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in providing financial and management consulting services.

• Experience in consulting with commercial clients or a mix of commercial and federal clients.

• Familiarity with Deltek/Costpoint implementation projects supporting commercial clients or a blend of commercial and federal clients.

• Proven management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Capability to lead and oversee others, deliver exceptional client service, commit to ongoing learning, demonstrate ethical knowledge and commitment, and show urgency and dedication to quality and timely project completion.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
