Google Workspace Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and implementation of Google Workspace deployment initiatives for a variety of organizations.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of client IT environments and create tailored deployment strategies.

• Manage the transition of data from legacy systems to Google Workspace, ensuring both data integrity and security.

• Configure Google Workspace applications and services in line with client specifications and industry best practices.

• Design and execute change management strategies to enhance user adoption.

• Deliver technical support and resolve issues related to Google Workspace.

• Develop documentation and training resources, and facilitate user training sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.

• Keep abreast of the latest features and updates in Google Workspace.

• Enhance Google Workspace environments for optimal security, compliance, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Google Workspace deployment or comparable cloud-based productivity platforms.

• Google Workspace Certification is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including user management, security configurations, and application settings.

• Experience with extensive IT projects and cloud computing landscapes.

• Skilled in data migration methodologies and tools.

• Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong comprehension of IT infrastructure and networking principles.

• Background in change management and strategies for user adoption.

• Proficient in scripting languages, especially Google Apps Script.

• A solid understanding of IT security and compliance obligations.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
