DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Automate and enhance the software development and delivery lifecycle continuously.

• Promote deeper integration among development, infrastructure, and operations teams.

• Work with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

• Automate processes related to build, testing, deployment, and environment provisioning.

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions.

• Assist development teams in refining software delivery processes.

• Oversee and monitor application environments.

• Facilitate the creation and evolution of containerized environments.

• Establish observability, monitoring, and logging practices.

• Identify and address issues related to environments and deployments.

• Advocate for security and automation best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with Git and code version control methodologies.

• Experience working in Linux and/or Windows environments.

• Knowledge of at least one cloud provider, ideally AWS or Microsoft Azure.

• Understanding of automation and scripting languages.

• Experience with containerization using Docker or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and application principles.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable tools.

• Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.

• Understanding of DevSecOps practices.

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Certifications related to AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps are advantageous.
