DevSecOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines along with automation workflows.

• Aid in cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code projects.

• Execute security monitoring and address vulnerability remediation.

• Oversee containerized workloads and orchestration environments.

• Assist in deployment, monitoring, and incident response tasks.

• Work alongside development teams to enhance release processes.

• Keep operational and security documentation up to date.

• Facilitate secure cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, operational reliability, scalability, monitoring, and security posture across both development and production environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps.

• Proficiency with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

• Strong background in scripting and automation.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Terraform, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.

• Preferred: Understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting analytics or data platforms.
