GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive GoHighLevel client systems from the ground up, incorporating funnels, surveys with intricate conditional logic, workflows, calendars, pipelines, and custom fields.

• Integrate and resolve issues related to Meta CAPI, lead-event mapping, form/trigger scoping, and cross-sub-account tracking.

• Utilize Claude and Claude Code on a daily basis to construct, troubleshoot, and document systems.

• Complete new client GoHighLevel setups within 6 business hours of kickoff while upholding an 80%+ standard for no rework quality.

• Transform repeated builds into scalable snapshots and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Provide at least two unsolicited system enhancements each month.

• Manage daily GoHighLevel maintenance, fixes, and diagnostic requests, ensuring same-business-day resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of practical experience with GoHighLevel in a multi-client agency setting.

• Proficient in snapshots, workflows, and funnels at scale.

• Expert-level experience with Claude for system building and debugging, with the capability to showcase the AI workflow during interviews.

• Extensive knowledge of GoHighLevel workflow automation, CRM administration, and funnel creation.

• Demonstrated experience with Meta CAPI and troubleshooting conversion tracking challenges.

• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time (PST) on a permanent basis.

• Candidates based in Latin America are strongly preferred.

• Outstanding asynchronous written English skills.

• Comfortable recording Loom videos for internal and client communication purposes.

• Proactive mindset towards system enhancements.

• Experience with Claude Code tools is preferred.

• Background in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Webhooks and custom JavaScript/Python for API integrations are preferred.

• Familiarity with Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace is preferred.

• Experience in creating custom GoHighLevel dashboards is preferred.
