GoHighLevel Automation & Funnel Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the GoHighLevel environment

• Organize and tidy up contacts, lists, tags, and segmentation

• Handle unsubscribed contacts and ensure database hygiene

• Develop and sustain workflows, triggers, campaigns, and automations

• Design and manage email nurture sequences

• Diagnose CRM and automation issues

• Conduct testing of workflows prior to campaign launches

• Construct and maintain landing pages, forms, funnels, upsells, and downsells

• Provide support for waitlists, open-cart sequences, and ongoing nurture flows

• Link forms and funnels to the corresponding CRM workflows

• Assist with technical setup and testing for digital product launches

• Aid in course-hosting and associated digital-product systems

• Monitor and resolve technical issues related to launches

• Provide support for Stripe and PayPal integrations and testing

• Help with Zoom setup and technical assistance for live online sessions

• Perform technical website updates as instructed

• Collaborate with the Marketing VA on lead capture, campaigns, and social-to-CRM workflows

• Engage in relevant team meetings and track technical action items

• Keep and update SOPs for GoHighLevel, funnels, automations, and recurring technical processes

• Monitor and report on technical, funnel, and campaign KPIs

• Offer regular updates on progress and tasks through ClickUp

• Maintain well-organized technical documentation

• Utilize AI tools to enhance automation, troubleshooting, and workflow efficiency

• Work alongside the client’s marketing team to synchronize public-facing activities with backend automation

• Provide task-specific services within an agreed scope of work

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with GoHighLevel is required

• Required experience in CRM workflow and automation

• Experience with funnels and landing pages is necessary

• Required experience in email automation, tagging, and segmentation

• Strong preference for those with digital product launch experience

• Preferred experience in contact database cleanup and list management

• Experience with Stripe / PayPal integrations is preferred

• Familiarity with ClickUp is preferred

• Course-platform experience is a plus

• Strong AI fluency is required

• Preferred skills in documentation and SOP development

• Highly experienced with GoHighLevel

• Technically adept and comfortable with independent troubleshooting

• Extremely detail-oriented

• Proactive, resourceful, and focused on solutions

• Comprehensive understanding of CRM automation and customer journeys

• Comfortable providing support for digital product launches

• Highly proficient in AI

• Dependable in meeting deadlines, attending meetings, maintaining documentation, and following through

• Positive and collaborative attitude

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM–4:00 PM EST

• Must be able to work as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
