This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide high-level support to executive leadership.
• Oversee calendars, manage shifting priorities, and handle complex logistics across various time zones.
• Collaborate with leadership during Senior Leadership Team meetings and ensure awareness of key business initiatives.
• Act as a central liaison among departments to enhance cross-functional communication and strategic alignment.
• Arrange executive travel plans.
• Develop meeting agendas.
• Assist in organizing team events and leadership on-site gatherings.
• Work together with the five-member EA team to ensure operational consistency and shared coverage.
• Utilize internal documentation and team insights to proactively address issues before escalating questions.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and pivot smoothly.
• Proactive problem-solver who seeks clarification upfront and independently consults existing resources.
• High level of responsiveness to urgent requests.
• Comfortable managing scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for ELT on-site events and corporate functions.
