This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the EMEA P&L while developing and implementing a strategic roadmap aimed at achieving significant ARR growth.
• Position Deepgram's London office as the central hub for customer and developer events, executive briefings, partner meetings, and the regional team.
• Recruit and guide a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Oversee Customer Success, Marketing, and Forward Deployed Engineers in a dotted-line management structure.
• Foster a Challenger-selling culture and train AEs to prioritize technical ROI in their approach.
• Represent the voice of EMEA by translating field insights into prioritized product and engineering feedback.
• Identify and establish partnerships with strategic regional partners, GSIs, and local resellers.
• Enforce forecasting, pipeline management, and territory administration across various countries, languages, and purchasing cultures.
• Facilitate operations between the London office and the US headquarters.
• Act as the main executive sponsor for key regional accounts.
• Navigate intricate procurement processes and technical AI assessments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams to synchronize pipeline strategies and utilize AI tools.
• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position (Director/VP) overseeing EMEA, including the UK and at least one of DACH, the Nordics, France, or Southern Europe.
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and API-first products.
• Proficient in discussing technical architecture and revenue objectives.
• Experience in influencing product roadmap decisions, features, or strategic product initiatives.
• Proven track record of scaling a regional business; experience with $10M+ ARR growth is preferred.
• Substantial experience in developing channel programs that significantly contribute to overall revenue.
• Proficient in value-based selling to enhance Average Selling Price and win rates.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Clari.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in establishing a new office or being the first in-region presence for a US-based company is desirable.
• Experience in leading AE teams at a high-growth, Series B+ startup or scaling technology company is desirable.
• Background in selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies is desirable.
• Fluency in navigating EU data protection and AI regulation as a commercial topic is desirable.
• Expertise in developing talent development programs or performance coaching frameworks is desirable.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting goals and systems is desirable.
