Globalization Coordinator – Project-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the localization and production of Nibble and Skillsta lessons across various supported languages.

• Provide localization assistance for additional products as needed.

• Facilitate workflows and dependencies in collaboration with Globalization and product teams.

• Distribute workloads among linguistic experts in conjunction with other coordinators.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance localization and operational guidelines.

• Oversee quality assurance processes for NMT/AI-assisted tools.

• Monitor time tracking for linguistic experts.

• Assist with administrative system workflows.

• Promptly report any issues that arise.

• Identify operational deficiencies and enhance processes and tools.

• Aid in the implementation and maintenance of automation efforts.

• Execute ad-hoc analytics requests utilizing AI tools.
