Global Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead engaging, role-specific training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for end users, key users, and local trainers as part of global deployment initiatives.

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions aimed at regional and country-level trainers.

• Provide training that is in line with the global Unity curriculum.

• Collaborate with country deployment teams to tailor training materials and delivery methods to fit local business processes, languages, and regulations.

• Work alongside the global Unity deployment team, change management, and communications departments to synchronize training with deployment schedules and readiness milestones.

• Track attendance, learner engagement, and feedback after training sessions to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest enhancements.

• Assist with go-live readiness, provide support during post-go-live hypercare, and conduct refresher training sessions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.

• 5-8+ years of experience in delivering technology training within a global context.

• Previous experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM/ESM platform is highly preferred.

• Experience with large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning delivery techniques.

• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English.

• Capability to clarify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.

• Proficient in virtual training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across different time zones.

• Culturally aware and comfortable operating within a global, matrixed organization.

• High proficiency in English.

• Willingness to support the role during U.S. East Coast hours.

• Ability to travel up to 30%.
