This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct engaging, role-specific training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for end users, key users, and local trainers as part of global deployment initiatives.
β’ Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for trainers at the regional and country levels.
β’ Provide training that is consistent with the global Unity curriculum.
β’ Collaborate with country deployment teams to customize materials and delivery methods in accordance with local business practices, languages, and regulations.
β’ Work alongside the global Unity deployment team, change management, and communications teams to ensure training is synchronized with deployment schedules and readiness milestones.
β’ Track attendance, learner engagement, and post-training feedback to evaluate effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
β’ Assist with go-live readiness, ongoing hypercare following the launch, and refresher training sessions as necessary.
β’ Offer high-quality training that empowers end users, process owners, and support teams to effectively utilize the ServiceNow platform.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
β’ 5-8+ years of experience in delivering technology training within a global context.
β’ Previous experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM/ESM platform is strongly preferred.
β’ Background in managing large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.
β’ Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning delivery methods.
β’ Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English.
β’ Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
β’ Proficiency in using virtual training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across different time zones.
β’ Culturally aware and comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
β’ High proficiency in English.
β’ Availability to support the role during U.S. East Coast hours.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30%.
β’ A successful candidate must comply with regulations related to working with controlled technology under U.S. export control law.
