Global Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging, role-specific training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for end users, key users, and local trainers as part of global deployment initiatives.

• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for trainers at the regional and country levels.

• Provide training that is consistent with the global Unity curriculum.

• Collaborate with country deployment teams to customize materials and delivery methods in accordance with local business practices, languages, and regulations.

• Work alongside the global Unity deployment team, change management, and communications teams to ensure training is synchronized with deployment schedules and readiness milestones.

• Track attendance, learner engagement, and post-training feedback to evaluate effectiveness and suggest enhancements.

• Assist with go-live readiness, ongoing hypercare following the launch, and refresher training sessions as necessary.

• Offer high-quality training that empowers end users, process owners, and support teams to effectively utilize the ServiceNow platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.

• 5-8+ years of experience in delivering technology training within a global context.

• Previous experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM/ESM platform is strongly preferred.

• Background in managing large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning delivery methods.

• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English.

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.

• Proficiency in using virtual training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across different time zones.

• Culturally aware and comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.

• High proficiency in English.

• Availability to support the role during U.S. East Coast hours.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

• A successful candidate must comply with regulations related to working with controlled technology under U.S. export control law.
