Global Talent Sourcing Partner – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify appropriate candidates for international job opportunities provided by GTS.

• Conduct initial screenings of candidates based on eligibility criteria.

• Communicate approved job details, eligibility requirements, and recruitment procedures.

• Assist interested candidates in preparing and submitting preliminary documents via authorized GTS channels.

• Coordinate candidates' availability for interviews and selection processes.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and the GTS recruitment team.

• Adhere to GTS-approved processes, branding guidelines, and compliance requirements in recruitment.

• Refer qualified candidates for international job mandates assigned by GTS.
