This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the content strategy for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across Europe and Canada, ensuring alignment with regional hiring goals and Ford’s global Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Discover and craft unique employee narratives, talent value propositions, and messaging tailored for key audiences and career sectors.
• Compose, revise, and direct content for various platforms including career site pages, social media, video, email, CRM communications, and recruitment initiatives.
• Create content for talent events encompassing pre-event invitations, recruiter talking points, event messaging, and follow-up communications with candidates.
• Develop messaging frameworks, templates, and toolkits to enable regional teams to utilize cohesive content while adhering to Ford’s enterprise brand standards.
• Collaborate with recruiters, regional employer brand leaders, and business stakeholders to ascertain content requirements and bolster attraction strategies for vital talent segments.
• Evaluate performance metrics for career sites, campaigns, social media, and CRM initiatives; provide insights and suggest enhancements to content and the candidate experience.
• Construct interconnected content experiences across recruiter enablement materials, talking points, career site pages, social media, recruitment campaigns, talent events, email, and CRM communications.
• Participate in special projects and talent communities, including the Ford US Military community.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Over 10 years of expertise in content strategy, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or communications, including accountability for content across diverse channels.
• More than 5 years of experience in developing employer brand and recruitment marketing content, including employee narratives and messaging for targeted talent audiences.
• At least 5 years of experience within a global or matrixed organization, managing projects and relationships across different markets.
• Proven experience in supporting talent attraction in Europe and Canada, adapting global messaging to local hiring requirements.
• Familiarity with activating a global employee value proposition (EVP) and creating talent value propositions for specific audiences.
• Proficient in connecting content across career sites, recruiter materials, social media, career events, campaigns, email, and CRM communications.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, interviewing, and presenting, backed by samples demonstrating personal contribution.
• Ability to leverage career site, social media, campaign, and CRM data to assess content effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Experience collaborating with regional teams, recruiters, designers, agencies, and other creative partners.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in the automotive, mobility, or a related global consumer brand.
• Preferred: background in developing content for military talent or specialized talent communities.
• Preferred: experience in managing external creative or media agencies and vendor partnerships.
• Preferred: experience in presenting content strategy and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Preferred: proficiency in additional languages, particularly French, German, or Spanish.
