Global TA Operations Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Identify and spearhead initiatives to enhance the end-to-end recruiting processes, aiming to accelerate recruitment results and improve the candidate experience.

• Collaborate with recruiting leadership, analytics, Digital HR, and cross-functional operations teams to translate recruitment strategies into scalable process enhancements and operational results.

• Recognize, evaluate, and promote operational efficiencies, process enhancements, and change management initiatives.

• Oversee the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) program portfolio and governance processes, including intake, prioritization, roadmap management, and operational rhythms.

• Ensure clear priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, measurable outcomes, and execution across global initiatives.

• Enhance communication, collaboration, and operational alignment across TA Operations country points of contact and verticals through standardized operating practices, frameworks, templates, and visibility into priorities, risks, and dependencies.

• Provide operational insights, metrics, and leadership updates that cover priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, decisions required, and measurable business outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate existing and emerging TA technology capabilities, collaborating with technology teams to assess business fit and inform global roadmap priorities.

• Lead strategic programs and operational initiatives to enhance Global Talent Acquisition effectiveness, alignment, and business outcomes.

• Manage priority TA programs and initiatives from planning through execution, stabilization, and closure, ensuring ownership, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and successful delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with recruiting tools, processes, and systems.

• More than 3 years of experience with recruiting optimization programs and/or recruiting processes.

• At least 2 years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Visier, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.

• Over 3 years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition.

• More than 2 years of experience applying process improvement methodologies to drive planning, execution, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Employment eligibility verification is required at the time of hire.

• Proven track record of operationalizing projects and/or programs to enhance the recruiting funnel or candidate experience and achieve measurable results.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in supporting global Talent Acquisition transformation, operating model evolution, or large-scale process standardization across regions.

• Experience in creating executive-ready materials, leadership updates, prioritization summaries, or decision-support recommendations.

• Experience in designing or managing governance forums, operating rhythms, intake processes, or roadmap review cadences.

• Familiarity with working in a complex, matrixed, global organization alongside regional stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

• Experience in translating data and operational insights into clear recommendations, status updates, and measurable business outcomes.
