Global Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement successful clinical trial enrollment strategies.

• Develop and execute comprehensive protocols for clinical trials.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of clinical trials.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and offer insights to enhance study outcomes.

• Proactively tackle challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and ensure seamless trial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in global clinical trial management.

• Extensive experience in managing global clinical trials across regions such as EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

• Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials effectively.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to interpret complex medical data.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• History of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
