📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management, addressing issues as they arise and enhancing team capabilities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Track project progress, pinpoint potential risks and challenges, and apply strategies to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide progress updates, and align with project objectives and organizational aims.

• Compile and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a similar field is preferred, along with substantial experience in project management and team leadership.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion, with an emphasis on achieving results within defined scope, timelines, and budgetary limits.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a talent for effectively managing project teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
