
Global Service Line Leader – GridOS Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of the strategy, architecture, and implementation of global customer-facing GridOS advisory initiatives.
• Develop Service Scopes and Statements of Work, which include responses to RFIs and RFPs, as well as proactive sales endeavors.
• Collaborate with regional sales and portfolio teams worldwide to spearhead and secure advisory engagements.
• Design and manage deployment architectures for GE Vernova's GridOS and Grid Software suite.
• Assist customers in integrating with legacy technologies and enterprise systems.
• Facilitate domain-level discussions regarding the future direction of product-line architecture.
• Assess emerging technologies and convert industry trends into actionable insights.
• Attract, develop, and retain senior advisory professionals.
• Lead integrated teams comprising third-party partners and customer personnel.
• Articulate technical solutions to executive audiences and negotiate with clients and external partners.
• Foster consensus among IT organizations and business leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience will be taken into account.
• Over 10 years of experience in the software industry.
• Extensive knowledge of GridOS and GridSW applications, including implementation and advisory services.
• Capability to lead medium-to-large, geographically distributed teams, including third-party partners and customer staff.
• Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale software deployment architectures.
• Proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud infrastructure.
• Background in developing and managing capital and operating budgets across complex engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally.
• Practical knowledge of the utilities sector and grid technology.
• Experience in leading large-scale RFP responses and unsolicited pursuits in enterprise software or utilities.
• Expertise in change management and organizational acceleration within technology transformation programs.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or an equivalent quality/process certification.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Relevant AWS certification is preferred.
