
Global Service Line Leader – GridOS Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead and successfully manage customer-facing advisory projects on a global scale.
• Take ownership of developing Service Scopes and Statements of Work, which include responses to RFI and RFP, as well as proactive sales initiatives.
• Define the most effective deployment architectures for GE Vernova's GridOS and Grid Software suite.
• Assist customers in navigating intricate integrations with legacy systems and enterprise technologies.
• Spearhead domain-specific discussions regarding the future architectural direction across the entire product line.
• Assess emerging technologies and convert industry trends into practical, actionable advice.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain senior advisory professionals.
• Lead integrated teams comprising third-party partners and customer stakeholders.
• Convey complex technical solutions to executive-level audiences.
• Negotiate effectively with external partners and clients.
• Foster consensus among IT departments and business leadership.
• Support customer engagements and regional sales efforts through domestic and international travel.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Over 10 years of experience in the software industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GridOS and GridSW applications, including implementation and advisory services.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large, geographically dispersed teams, including third-party partners and client personnel.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering enterprise-scale software deployment architectures.
• Expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Proficient in developing and managing capital and operational budgets across complex projects.
• Practical knowledge of the utilities industry and grid technology.
• Experience in leading responses to extensive RFPs and unsolicited pursuits within the enterprise software or utilities sectors.
• Background in change management and organizational acceleration in technology transformation initiatives.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality/process certification is preferred.
• Relevant AWS certification is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
