📋 Description

• Oversee worldwide healthcare professional (HCP) payment operations, guaranteeing prompt submission of issues, timely payment delivery, resolution of inquiries, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Spearhead the development of purchase order (PO) and invoice management processes.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4HANA, offering system support, troubleshooting assistance, and optimization of processes.

• Take charge of invoice management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting analysis, and preparing leadership reports for essential operational workflows.

• Ensure financial precision and readiness for audits through meticulous invoice reconciliation, tracking, and implementation of controls.

• Function as a Subject Matter Expert in Smartsheet, providing support for critical project management tasks, workflow automation, and business operations requirements.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols while executing assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher AND a minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, financial coordination, project support, or similar operational positions.

• Proven experience in supporting HCP engagement, planning meetings, managing travel, or overseeing financial operations.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, including purchase order management, invoice processing, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in administering Smartsheet, encompassing workflows, dashboards, forms, and reporting functionalities.

• Experience collaborating with global teams and various cross-functional stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
