This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Oversee and manage both unit-specific and cross-unit initiatives aimed at enhancing On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time, and Plan Accuracy.
• Develop and execute the S&OP process from an operational standpoint, which includes supply planning and reconciliation.
• Engage with stakeholders to define their roles and responsibilities within the S&OP framework.
• Direct the monthly Global Business Supply Planning cadence along with associated KPIs and reporting.
• Advance the S&OE process and ensure its integration with S&OP.
• Lead the Supply Planning cadence, including relevant reviews and approvals to optimize demand-supply balance.
• Identify opportunities and propose projects utilizing SAP MM, SAP PP, and advanced planning tools.
• Conduct both standard and ad hoc analyses of S&OP and S&OE metrics, pinpoint root causes of underperformance, and drive initiatives for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in S&OP and S&OE, establish and disseminate best practices, and perform cross-unit process evaluations and benchmarking.
• Enhance organizational capabilities by training and coaching the Planning & Fulfillment community.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses of IBP-related IS tools, assist in the deployment of standardized IS solutions for Planning & Fulfillment, and offer professional user support.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 8 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or integrated business planning within a manufacturing context.
• Advanced proficiency with Anaplan and other advanced forecasting/planning platforms and tools (such as SAP APO or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple manufacturing locations and balancing demand across a global manufacturing landscape.
• Proven history of enhancing Planning & Fulfillment, particularly in the implementation and improvement of Sales & Operations Planning.
• Strong expertise in the Planning & Fulfillment domains, specifically in Planning and Disposition, as well as Sales & Operations Planning and Execution.
• Essential skills and practical experience in Supply Planning.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP (including MM, PP, and WM modules).
• Experience applying Project Management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership capabilities that span team boundaries and operate effectively with limited formal authority.
• Customer-centered and action-oriented, employing a systematic and structured approach.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to function within a global organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English, complemented by solid consulting and facilitation abilities.
• A Master’s degree is preferred, along with over 10 years of experience in S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Global Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience managing S&OP processes across a global manufacturing network.
• Experience supporting facilities located in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Short-term incentive plan / annual bonus.
