Global Programmatic Specialist – mat leave replacement / Spécialiste des opérations programmatiques

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic and operational assistance for supply-side monetization projects and programmatic workflows.

• Enhance the growth and effectiveness of Triton's programmatic marketplace through operational excellence and partner collaboration.

• Oversee specific tasks involving publishers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to boost revenue and monetization potential.

• Track and enhance marketplace performance under the direction of the Market Ops Manager.

• Recognize opportunities for improving delivery, efficiency, and monetization results.

• Serve as a primary contact for operational and technical challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate solutions.

• Evaluate performance data and formulate recommendations to enhance marketplace and partner performance.

• Work closely with Product, Ad Operations, Demand, and other internal teams.

• Contribute to process enhancements, documentation, reporting, and best practices.

• Assist in strategic initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, enhance marketplace performance, and drive revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, particularly in ad operations, marketplace operations, or digital media.

• Proficiency with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP.

• Comprehensive understanding of SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB, PMP deals, trafficking, and programmatic campaign execution.

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving intricate programmatic challenges.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting.

• Experience in digital audio, podcasting, or streaming media is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
