Global Professional Engagement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Complete all necessary documentation for the compliant engagement of scientific leaders under CSAs.

• Utilize internal processes, templates, and systems to submit documentation and secure required approvals.

• Keep required CSA documentation organized in the company document repository.

• Supply essential information to the requesting business area and relay administrative details to scientific leaders.

• Coordinate with scientific leaders and external vendors to manage logistics effectively.

• Work in collaboration with the EMEAC GMAC GEIME team to provide administrative support for Input and Medical Education meetings.

• Supervise vendors and agencies involved in the planning and execution of activities.

• Ensure that assigned systems and data repositories adhere to internal policies and compliance metrics.

• Foster strong partnerships with sites and stakeholders to support innovative therapies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in administrative support for medical affairs and compliance, including scientific/medical leader meeting management in the pharmaceutical sector (experience as a Medical Associate or similar role) - a focus on medical affairs/KOL engagement is essential, rather than clinical trials.

• Experience supporting medical leaders.

• Experience in engaging with healthcare providers.

• Familiarity with medical affairs and support for scientific leader congresses.

• Knowledge of the contracting process.

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.

• Proven project management skills.

• Compliance knowledge, including understanding of industry compliance rules and requirements.

• Required expertise in managing medical/scientific leader engagements and meetings.

• Experience with Veeva Vault.

• BA/BS degree in science, business, administration, healthcare, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel intermittently, approximately 10 - 20% of the time.
