This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement launch strategies for each product introduction, encompassing internal readiness, training, milestone tracking, PRD support, and NCA assistance.
• Collaborate on external launch execution, including campaigns, press engagements, and webinars, alongside the Director and regional marketing teams.
• Monitor launch milestones and proactively identify risks to the Director to prevent impacts on go-to-market timelines.
• Manage the portfolio marketing toolkit, which includes battlecards, presentations, clinical and value messaging, objection handling, and demonstration resources.
• Ensure that sales-facing materials are up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with the Director's positioning.
• Conduct product-level competitive analysis and win/loss evaluations.
• Integrate competitive insights into portfolio strategy and highlight changes that necessitate a response from the commercial team.
• Create and sustain product sheets, case studies, reference narratives, and return-on-investment calculators.
• Verify that content aligns with the latest clinical and health-economic evidence approved by Clinical/Medical Affairs.
• Develop master assets for localization in regional markets and facilitate in-country execution.
• Assist regional teams by providing visibility and coordination at the opportunity and bowler levels without directly managing customer relationships.
• Maintain the asset library and oversee content approvals with Marketing Communications in compliance with regulatory, legal, and brand standards.
• Monitor launch and campaign KPIs and coordinate logistics for events and key opinion leader engagements.
• Synthesize customer, competitive, and regional feedback into prioritized inputs for roadmap discussions with R&D and Product Management.
• Aid the Product Marketing Director in cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access concerning launch deliverables and dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within medical devices or another regulated B2B sector.
• Proven experience in creating sales enablement content and managing product launches from start to finish.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and Sales/Commercial divisions.
• Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
