Global Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of communication between the Digital Team and GYE affiliates.

• Investigate affiliate operations and global functions to ensure that the software ecosystem aligns with operational requirements.

• Establish and prioritize the product roadmap based on feedback from affiliates and data insights.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, the Product Owner Tech Lead, and Design to convert feedback into requirements and user stories.

• Conduct regular calls, check-ins, roadmap updates, and feedback sessions with affiliate stakeholders.

• Facilitate affiliate adoption and utilization of digital products through engagement and training initiatives.

• Reconcile affiliate feedback with data insights to enhance processes and products.

• Validate developed software against Generation's quality standards.

• Communicate release notes, product modifications, and rollout strategies.

• Collaborate with Operations on affiliate testing and training.

• Monitor product adoption and satisfaction, escalating and addressing any issues as needed.

• Track and report metrics on affiliate engagement and product usage to the Digital Team.

• Oversee the long-term product roadmap, balancing affiliate needs with the global product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a product manager, project manager, or product owner role.

• A positive, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.

• Exceptional, proactive communication skills, with demonstrated experience in engaging affiliates or distributed stakeholders.

• Strong understanding and/or practical experience in software development lifecycles.

• Proven track record of working within an agile team that successfully delivered scalable products.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, and remote/affiliate teams.

• Experience in delivering large-scale projects with several dependencies.

• A passion for fostering team growth and development.

• Proficient in English.

• Conversational Spanish is a plus.
