This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the implementation of listing-based pricing across various markets.
• Assess performance, suggest improvements, secure alignment from local and global teams, and introduce pricing strategies in new countries with specific targets and a weekly schedule.
• Influence the development of the pricing model for the upcoming year.
• Take ownership of the segment's Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) target.
• Implement pricing strategies, including stricter discount policies, shifts in package mix, and location-specific price adjustments.
• Quickly investigate any pricing discrepancies.
• Recognize and promote underutilized pricing opportunities in the marketplace.
• Present pricing recommendations to the Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership and substantiate trade-offs with data.
• Translate pricing decisions into actionable rollout plans.
• Foster collaboration among sales, local commercial, and global teams without formal authority.
• Generate hypotheses for optimization based on data insights.
• Design and conduct behavioral experiments to verify pricing strategies before wider application.
• Revise and monitor budget assumptions based on market insights.
• Keep internal systems updated with country price lists.
• Over 5 years of experience in pricing, preferably in SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Direct experience collaborating with GTM or sales leaders on pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to support conclusions with quantitative data.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and knowing when to transition from analysis to testing.
• Capability to simplify complex numerical information for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in SQL to independently extract data; SQL proficiency is essential for success in this role.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written (B2 level or higher), comfortable participating in meetings and producing written communications.
• A degree in economics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
