This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Diagnose, enhance, and implement listing-based pricing strategies across various markets.
• Ensure alignment between local and global teams while introducing pricing to new countries, with established targets and a weekly rhythm.
• Guide the evolution of the pricing model for the upcoming year.
• Take ownership of the segment's Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) target.
• Execute pricing strategies that involve discount management, shifts in package mixes, and market-specific price adjustments.
• Analyze pricing inconsistencies and pinpoint marketplace pricing opportunities.
• Provide pricing recommendations to Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership and convert those decisions into actionable rollout plans.
• Foster collaboration among sales, local commercial, and global teams regarding pricing decisions, even without formal authority.
• Create optimization hypotheses based on data analysis.
• Design and conduct behavioral experiments to validate pricing strategies prior to broader implementation.
• Revise and monitor budget assumptions based on insights gained from the market.
• Maintain updated country price lists within internal systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, preferably in SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with GTM or sales leaders on pricing strategies.
• Proficient data analysis skills, capable of underpinning conclusions with quantitative evidence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and discern when to cease analysis and initiate testing.
• Skill in simplifying complex numerical data for easier understanding.
• Proficiency in SQL to independently retrieve data; SQL expertise is crucial for success in this role.
• Strong capabilities in Google Sheets.
• Professional level English, both spoken and written, suitable for meetings and correspondence (B2 or higher).
• A degree in economics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the country of residence or the location of the role.
