This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Portfolio Managers in tracking the performance of assigned product portfolios.
• Monitor and organize information regarding revenue, volume, pricing, product mix, supply performance, and customer trends.
• Create materials for portfolio reviews, including dashboards, reports, and performance analyses.
• Collect and evaluate data for portfolio reviews, planning discussions, and strategic business decisions.
• Aid in the management of product lifecycles, including updates, documentation, and lifecycle records.
• Contribute to portfolio rationalization, product enhancements, and initiatives for product changes.
• Compile and summarize insights on customers, markets, competitors, and industry trends.
• Facilitate market research, competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and customer insight analysis.
• Promote initiatives related to portfolio growth, pricing strategies, retention, product adoption, and commercial enablement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, Regional teams, and other cross-functional partners.
• Assist in managing portfolio projects and initiatives, including meetings, agendas, action items, documentation, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Recognize and report project risks, dependencies, delays, or issues that require escalation.
• Support product launches, ongoing improvement initiatives, and various cross-functional projects.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Up to three years of relevant professional experience in product management, portfolio management, marketing, commercial operations, project coordination, or a similar area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to organize and analyze data or information effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and assignments efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in working effectively in a remote environment with teams across various functions, regions, and time zones.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.
• Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements.
