Global Patient Services Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver assistance through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Address incoming queries regarding referral status and treatment options.

• Initiate outbound communications to gather any missing information.

• Oversee the complete processing of referrals, documentation requests, and surveys.

• Ensure compliance with insurance and healthcare provider requirements.

• Update patient records and referrals in Salesforce and the CRM in real-time.

• Manage fax and email uploads efficiently.

• Uphold the quality and integrity of referral data.

• Achieve targets for utilization, Average Handling Time (AHT), and quality audits.

• Follow safeguarding protocols and escalate concerns through the appropriate Operations channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to build rapport swiftly and convey clear information across various digital and voice platforms.

• Ability to switch between reactive support and proactive administrative responsibilities.

• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems for managing complex data entries.

• Background in a high-volume administrative or customer operations position (preferred).

• Strong organizational abilities paired with a "make it happen" mentality (preferred).

• Typically, a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in operations, customer service, or an administrative setting.

• Demonstrated experience in data management and multi-channel communication.
