📋 Description

• Oversee daily US relocation cases in collaboration with the Relocation Management Company (RMC), facilitating domestic and permanent relocations throughout the Americas.

• Act as the main point of contact for employees during the entire relocation journey.

• Clarify intricate relocation situations that involve tax, immigration, payroll, and various mobility factors.

• Collaborate with immigration law firms to assist in the complete immigration case lifecycle for foreign national employees.

• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers regarding mobility policies, options available, and suitable solutions.

• Work alongside global and local vendors to oversee service delivery, address issues, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

• Assist in relocation-related tasks involving home sales, home purchases, and other residential real estate dealings.

• Spot opportunities for enhancing mobility processes, independently tackle challenges within set guidelines, and participate in special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of pertinent Global Mobility experience, particularly within the Americas.

• Comprehensive understanding of mobility processes, including taxation, immigration, payroll, home sales, and home purchases across the Americas.

• Knowledge of the US residential real estate purchasing process.

• Experience with Buyer Value Option (BVO) transactions is advantageous.

• Proven experience in managing employee relocation cases and collaborating with relocation management firms, immigration agencies, and other service providers.

• Exceptional customer service abilities, emotional intelligence, and empathy when addressing sensitive employee matters.
