This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and spearhead integrated marketing strategies for Access & Stewardship priorities across pertinent channels.
• Oversee advocacy marketing projects from inception through launch, optimization, and evaluation.
• Convert complex program priorities into consumer-facing campaigns, messaging, briefs, and experiences.
• Experiment with advocacy narratives, channel activation, and customer engagement methodologies.
• Amplify Access & Stewardship narratives throughout onX branding and vertical marketing initiatives.
• Craft storytelling focused on public land access and responsible recreation.
• Uphold brand identity, messaging, and design standards.
• Author, edit, and oversee content across web, in-app, campaign, editorial, partner, and various other channels.
• Collaborate with Brand Creative to produce accurate, distinctive, and on-brand materials.
• Coordinate with Access & Stewardship, Brand, PR, Vertical Marketing, Product, Geospatial, and external collaborators.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to achieve results.
• Propose and monitor success metrics, track campaign performance, and convey insights and recommendations to leadership.
• A minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, including the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch and assessment.
• Proven experience in cause-driven or mission-focused marketing.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and creative ideation abilities.
• Proficient in translating intricate or nuanced topics into clear, credible, and engaging marketing content.
• Capability to independently manage complex projects and juggle multiple priorities in a cross-functional setting.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of aligning and influencing partners across various functions.
• Strong background in integrated marketing, particularly for social media channels.
• Experience leveraging campaign performance, audience insights, and feedback to assess effectiveness.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in daily tasks, applying sound judgment to outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• An eagerness to explore new technologies, including AI.

• Permanent authorization to work in the US is a prerequisite for employment.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for several days to a corporate office or other strategic onX locations.
