Global Manufacturing Transformation Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continually enhance the global manufacturing improvement roadmap, ensuring alignment with DPC’s growth strategy and business goals.

• Convert strategic priorities into actionable initiatives for both the short and long term, detailing deliverables, required resources, timelines, and performance benchmarks.

• Lead and coordinate a high-performing transformation team dedicated to improving productivity, capacity, safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

• Oversee complex, cross-functional transformation programs from the initial assessment and business case formulation through to implementation and realization of benefits.

• Collaborate with site and functional leaders to pinpoint operational gaps, set priorities, eliminate execution obstacles, and expedite results.

• Establish robust program governance, performance metrics, and review processes to guarantee accountability and sustained execution.

• Provide support to manufacturing sites during times of rapid growth, capacity expansion, organizational changes, or operational performance challenges.

• Standardize and scale successful practices, technologies, and operating models across the global manufacturing network of DPC.

• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, 3P workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and rapid improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Operations Engineering, or a related technical field.

• An MBA or a master’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations engineering, or transformation roles.

• Demonstrated experience in leading manufacturing transformation initiatives.

• Strong familiarity with production systems and tools, including ERP systems.

• Experience in supporting capacity expansion, footprint strategy, or work transfer programs is highly desirable.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels.

• Strong engineering and operations background, with the credibility to engage directly on the factory floor.

• Extensive knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, and daily management systems.

• Proven skills in change leadership, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and concise executive communications.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• A structured thinker who can tackle both strategic and operational challenges.

• Willingness to work remotely and travel up to 50% of the time.

• Possess a valid passport and readiness to travel internationally as required.
