Global Junior Technical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of essential technical training programs pertaining to medical devices, MDR, IVDR, ISO13485, and MDSAP.

• Transform raw training content into e-learning modules.

• Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to guarantee the effectiveness of content and the achievement of specified learning outcomes.

• Provide regular administrative support to the competence and training team.

• Oversee the management of training certificates, enrollments, and the uploading of training records into CAPCAP.

• Collaborate with CV reviewers.

• Aid in peer reviews and the evaluation of trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews.

• Assist in scheduling CPD, webinars, workshops, Team Calibration, and peer-review initiatives.

• Monitor the progress and qualification status of new trainees.

• Keep updated on relevant medical-device regulations and ensure that training materials and delivery methods are compliant.

• Skilled in both online and in-person training methods.

• Exceptional communication abilities to clearly convey complex information.

• Focus on prioritizing the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.

• Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience in the medical devices sector, particularly within the IVD/MD industry.

• Demonstrated experience in progressively training technical skills, ideally within multinational organizations using both online and face-to-face methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, science, or research-oriented fields.

• Valid work authorization in the candidate's country of residence.
