This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate comprehensive evidence strategies that encompass Real-World Evidence and economic modeling to satisfy the needs of payers and specific countries.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams, and R&D Project Teams to incorporate payer-relevant endpoints and patient-reported outcomes into clinical development initiatives.
• Co-manage evidence-generation projects and disseminate findings through publications, conference presentations, and other pertinent channels.
• Propel early payer engagement and facilitate successful Health Technology Assessment submissions, including AMNOG, NICE, and JCA.
• Oversee the creation of economic models, value materials, and innovative tools that aid in launch preparation, payer negotiations, and local market access.
• Incorporate country-specific requirements into global strategies to ensure successful commercialization at the affiliate level.
• Cultivate relationships with external health economic experts, clinical opinion leaders, policymakers, organizations, and industry colleagues.
• Enhance HEOR capabilities and support the establishment of a broader Market Access advisory network throughout the organization.
• An advanced university degree at the Master’s level or higher in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health, or a related field.
• Approximately 8 to 12 years of pertinent experience in HEOR and Real-World Evidence.
• Proven history in developing and publishing economic models and real-world evidence for market access objectives.
• Experience leading early payer engagement and achieving successful HTA submissions that resulted in significant value recognition.
• Background in managing intricate projects within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Experience in specialty medicine.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of linking local competitive factors with global and international priorities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, uncertainty, and complexity in a fast-paced setting with confidence.
• A proactive and innovative approach to evidence generation, economic modeling, pricing, and market access.
• Outstanding skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, and presentation.
