Global Governance Operations Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operational decisions related to market-to-order governance.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive price waterfall strategy driven by business groups, focusing on margin and growth management.

• Ensure compliance through governance processes and systems, guaranteeing evidence collection, visibility of margin impacts, and that necessary approvals align with SOX requirements.

• Relay governance outcomes and margin effects to executive teams, including the finance department.

• Promote continuous improvement and automation within market-to-order processes.

• Advocate for the globalization of strategy and governance, enhancing standardization through new technologies to boost efficiency and transparency.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting the role.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing operations, incentive program management, and/or operations.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to convert analysis into actionable governance recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.

• Capacity to manage business requests while considering compliance, processes, and financial aspects.

• Expertise in process management.

• A Master’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or supply chain from an accredited institution (preferred qualification).

• Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) (preferred qualification).
